Full-Time Access Representative I – Bilingual Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Registration, scheduling, other general clerical functions
• Provide exceptional customer service which could include:
• Pre-registration
• Processing charge entry
• Collecting co-pays
• This position will support the Broadway lab and radiology areas

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No Experience necessary / On the-Job Training
• CHAA preferred
• 45 wpm
• 10 key – 68 kshp
• PC/CRT skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
